Post Date:06/01/2015

Summer is fast approaching and with California in a severe state of drought it is extremely important to be fire safe this year.

Did you know that a Sparkler burns at 1200 degrees Fahrenheit? This is hotter than the temperature at which glass and wood burns and can result in third-degree burns.

This year, Leave Fireworks in the hands of the Professionals. Not only can they be dangerous but they are prohibited by law in Riverside County and the City of Lake Elsinore.

Visit www.rvcfire.org for more information or http://www.nfpa.org/safety-information/for-consumers/holidays/fireworks.
