Showing what we've got at the International Council of Shopping Centers spring convention

ICSC is an economic development first for LEVCC & City

Post Date:05/20/2010 5:30 PM

The City and the Lake Elsinore Chamber of Commerce are reaching out to the world to tell retailers that Lake Elsinore is the place to "realize your Dream Extreme"

In partnership with the Riverside County EDA, two LEVCC representatives and the City's business services representative will share booth space at the International Council of Shopping Centers spring convention in Las Vegas, Nevada this Sunday through Tuesday.

Retailers from all over the world are looking for places to expand, and once a year, the ICSC spring convention is the place to do business.

In this economy, location finding is extra competitive, one reason that the City of Lake Elsinore cannot afford to sit out this year's ICSC convention.

This is Lake Elsinore's first foray into ICSC, but the City and LEVCC will arrive well prepared to share demographics, property and location availability information and relevant market data with prospective retailers.

For less than the price of a full-page newspaper ad, the City can quickly reach the top retailers to fit our City's commercial and retail shopping center property mix.
