The 2020 General Municipal Election will take place on November 3, 2020.

This will be the second By-District election in Lake Elsinore's history.  On February 1, 2018, the City switched from At-Large elections (all registered voters get to vote for all open seats) to By-District elections (only registered voters in the district seat which is open get to vote for that seat).

This year, in November, there will be three (3) seats up for election on the City Council  for District 2, 4 and 5 and one (1) seat for City Treasurer. Not sure what District you live in? Find your District by entering your address on the City's interactive map.
