2024 General Municipal Election

The next election for Districts 2, 4, and 5 and for the City Treasurer will be held on November 5, 2024, and the next election for Districts 1 and 3 will be held on November 3, 2026. Click here to Find your District. 

On February 1, 2018, the City switched from At-Large elections (all registered voters get to vote for all open seats) to By-District elections (only registered voters in the district seat which is open get to vote for that seat).

The Nomination Period for the November 5, 2024 election will be open from Monday, July 15, 2024 to Friday, August 9, 2024.

 Voter Services 

• The Riverside County Registrar of Voters is responsible for countywide voter registration.
• The California Secretary of State is responsible for assigning all campaign identification numbers.
