The 2019 Super Bloom is coming to an end as the poppies have substantially diminished in the last couple of weeks, This Super Bloom has been unlike anything the City has ever experienced and demonstrated the extreme beauty of the City. We would like to thank our residents and visitors for their patience and understanding the last several weeks. Moving forward, the City will continue to monitor this area, but no additional measures are planned at this time. Walker Canyon Trail is still open. Shuttle services will no longer be offered. The City Manager is responsible for the implementation and administration of the policies and programs adopted by the City Council and for directing the day-to-day operations of the City. Daily operations are performed by an outstanding team of City employees who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to meet the needs of citizens, business owners and you!

The City Manager and City Council are committed to allocating public resources as effectively and as efficiently as possible, in order to maximize the benefits to all citizens. Each year, the priorities and service levels are set by the City Council during the annual budget process. Revenues and expenditures are closely monitored throughout the fiscal year, which begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th.
