Riverside County’s Public Health Department has announced they will be establishing a Drive-up COVID-19 Testing Facility at Diamond Stadium. The facility will be run and managed by Riverside County. All testing will be done by appointment only and participants will be required to stay in their vehicles at all times. More information can be found on the City’s website. The City Manager and City Council are committed to allocating public resources as effectively and as efficiently as possible, in order to maximize the benefits to all citizens. Each year, the priorities and service levels are set by the City Council during the annual budget process. Revenues and expenditures are closely monitored throughout the fiscal year, which begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th.
