We believe community involvement is so important, we made it our mission. As the Community Services Department, it is our duty, and also a privilege, to serve our community. Being involved with our community is all about building relationships: with the community, with business leaders, with area businesses, and most importantly, with the citizens of those communities.

Volunteers are an important part of many events; if you would like to volunteer, contact our Volunteer Coordinator at 951-674-3124 ext 290. Teens, ages 15 years or older, may volunteer for Special Events earning community service hours required for graduation.

Starting at 7:00 p.m.

Join your community for a frightfully fun evening as we watch "Casper" rated PG. Don't forget to bring your blankets and chairs as we provide the entertainment. This event is free to the public and concessions will be available for purchase.

Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular - October 19, 2018

5:00 to 8:00 p.m. 

Downtown Main Street, Lake Elsinore

Free, fun family event! Costumes are encouraged. This event will feature trunk or treating, carnival games, and costume contest.

Want to decorate your trunk and have fun passing out candy? Entries are free and prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated business and the best non-business trunks.

Winterfest - December 1, 2018

Thousands of people will pack Main Street Saturday, December 1, 2018, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. to help bring Downtown Lake Elsinore come alive with the holiday spirit for the annual Winterfest event!

Families will enjoy a holiday parade, bouncers, kids crafts, sled runs, food and merchandise vendors, cultural and musical entertainment, visits with SANTA. This event offers low cost or free activities for the whole family.

Santa Dash - December 22, 2018

Walk starting at 7:30 a.m.

The Levee of the Diamond Stadium

Join us as we warm up our legs before the holidays! This 5K Run/Walk is free for all and fun for the whole family. We encourage you to dress up as your favorite holiday character or tradition, the ideas are limitless! A prize will be given out for most creative outfit. Registration will take place the morning of the event.
