About: 

A.R.I.S.E. (formerly Special LE)  is a program that offers activities and events for children and adults with special needs. Our mission is to provide a safe and health-driven environment where individuals and their loved ones will feel welcomed and able to enjoy their time participating in fun and educational activities and events.  A.R.I.S.E. strives to create a community that can engage in the proper programming and have access to the resources for all to enjoy.

Requirements: 

• All participants are required to fill out our Registration/Emergency form.  Registration Form  
• You may:
  • Email the form to: recreation@lake-elsinore.org
  • Drop off the form in-person: Senior Activity Center- 420 E. Lakeshore Dr., Lake Elsinore
  • Bring it with you the day of the event

For online registration, you will be required to set up an account if you haven't already done so. Not all classes are available for online registration and any restrictions will be noted in the activity guide and in the class description online.

PLEASE NOTE: As of September 2nd, 2019, a 2.75% convenience fee will be charged on all credit/debit card payments
