The Lake Elsinore Office of the Fire Marshal is dedicated to the preservation of life and property.  We believe the best way to accomplish this goal is through the education of our community and the enforcement of state and local codes.  Through these efforts, we strive to provide the highest degree of life safety throughout the City of Lake Elsinore for each home, workplace and special event.

The Lake Elsinore Office of the Fire Marshal enforces the current editions of the California Code of Regulations, Titles 19 and 24.  This includes the California Fire Code, California Building Code, and California Residential Code.

Business License Inspections

The Fire Department conducts business license inspections to promote fire safety for business owners, their employees and the general public.  The forms below have been developed to assist business owners in making their business a safer place, as well as to prepare for business fire inspection.
