CRIME FREE MULTI-HOUSING
The City of Lake Elsinore and the Lake Elsinore Police Department proudly support the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program. This program is a combined effort of law enforcement, property owners/managers and tenants with a common interest of reducing crime and promoting a safer quality of life. This program is offered throughout the city at no cost.Certified properties in the City of Lake Elsinore

HISTORY
The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program (CFMH) was established in 1992 in Mesa, Arizona. CFMH was established to reduce criminal and illegal activity and to promote a safer environment in rental communities by bringing public safety, tenants and property owners together. This program has been implemented throughout the United States and has spread to other countries with proven results.

*Gangs and Narcotic Education
*Codes Enforcement Standards
*Community Awareness
Phase II – Property Inspections
Property inspected with adherence to CPTED standards
Phase III – Community Awareness
*Crime Prevention social hosted by property management
