The 2019 Super Bloom is coming to an end as the poppies have substantially diminished in the last couple of weeks, This Super Bloom has been unlike anything the City has ever experienced and demonstrated the extreme beauty of the City. We would like to thank our residents and visitors for their patience and understanding the last several weeks. Moving forward, the City will continue to monitor this area, but no additional measures are planned at this time. Walker Canyon Trail is still open. Shuttle services will no longer be offered. Find out more at www.lake-elsinore.org/SuperBloom or check the City's social media feeds.

An LEPD approved registration service for bicycles

The City of Lake Elsinore and the Lake Elsinore Police Department encourage all City residents to register their bicycles through the National Bicycle Registry, a program of the National Council on Crime Prevention.        Locked Bicycle

How to register your bicycle
A bicycle registration is good for ten years. A one-time fee is payable online at time of registration. See the official National Bicycle Registry Web site for program details and online registration instructions.

TIP: You must enter your bicycle serial number to register. Most bike manufacturers stamp or affix a serial number on the bottom of the pedal bracket.

Reporting a lost or stolen bicycle
Once enrolled, your bicycle serial number is the key to recovering your bike if it is ever lost or stolen. Using the registry, the LEPD or any other law enforcement agency will be able to notify you if your property is recovered.
