Information Technology

The department provides Information Technology services to the staff, public and City agencies. The City’s vision for this web site is to bring City Hall to the citizens by:

• Making it easier for people to do business with the City. Providing increasingly more on-line services as time and resources permit.
• Accepting feedback from City Council, staff and citizens about the high priority features and high value functions we should address.

Operations

Information Technology staff will strive to provide a robust and effective environment. Services provided include:

• Centralized Computing
• Access to the Internet
• Remote Access to the City’s network
• Instruction in the use of Information Technology
• Assistance and advice in the procurement of specialized software for use by departments in the city
