ACTIVITIES AND CLASSES FOR ALL AGES
Welcome to the City of Lake Elsinore’s Recreation Page and the Department’s NEW recreation registration program! The City of Lake Elsinore strives to offer its residents quality and affordable programming for the young, the young at heart and for our four legged family members. We are confident we’ll have an activity or event to create a lifelong memory for you and your family!
Feel free to browse our online catalog to search for recreation classes, activities, aquatic programming, special events, volunteer opportunities, animal classes and available facility reservations. Or browse our PARKS PAGE to search for the parks nearest you.
The Recreation programs sponsored by the City of Lake Elsinore are as diverse as our residents. Many of the classes help participants build confidence, learn a new skill or just entertain us; enhancing our quality of life. The City's goal is to bring quality programs and instruction to our residents. Please view the latest Activity Guide for a complete list of program activities now available.

This new partnership with REC1 and the City of Lake Elsinore will make online registration quicker, easier and FREE! Registrations and reservations can now be conveniently completed online with the implementation of REC1; the Community Services Department will also now be able to accept credit card payments for recreation classes and reservations at the Lake Community Center. REC1’s registration and reservation program will be coming soon to the Senior Center, City Hall and the Skate Park at McVicker Park, making a uniformed recreation registration and payment system available at all sites.
* For online registration, you will be required to set up an account. Not all classes are available for online registration and any restrictions will be noted in the activity guide and in the class description online.
