The Administrative Services team is responsible for developing and tracking the FY 2012-13 Adopted Operating Budget and capital budgets. The Department oversees preparation of various financial reports and annual audits.

The Director reviews every aspect of operations to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws, as well as City financial policies. In addition, the Director serves as the City's risk manager.
