The Administrative Services team is responsible for developing and tracking the Adopted Operating Budget and capital budgets. The Department oversees preparation of various financial reports and annual audits.

The Director also oversees daily operations of the Finance Division, which includes:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Business License
  • Cash Receipts/Yard Sale Permits
  • Cost Recovery
  • Payroll, and
  • Human Resources

The Director reviews every aspect of operations to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws, as well as City financial policies. In addition, the Director serves as the City's risk manager.
