Raviolis! Italian Bistro opened August 24, 2006. An upscale Italian restaurant, Raviolis! incorporates flavor and innovative dishes with a new flare on Italian cuisine. Located on Main Street, in the historic downtown district, Raviolis! has quickly become the “hottest spot for Italian cuisine outside the old country.” Business is so hot in fact that the restaurant expanded last year to include a full bar and more dining capacity.

Chef Giuseppe DiGristina was born in Sicily and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13. His interest in the food service business and his passion for preparing world class food were instrumental in his making his mark at several restaurants throughout the East Coast and Southern California before opening his latest venture, Raviolis! Italian Bistro, here in Lake Elsinore. His simple recipe for success is served to perfection daily: excellent customer service combined with excellent food. It has won clients from all over Southern California.
