Thank you very much for your interest in doing business with the City of Lake Elsinore. We are committed to providing an equal opportunity for all business enterprises to participate in our purchasing and contracting activities.  The City of Lake Elsinore contracts with Planet Bids, Inc. to administer the Online Bidding System to assist the City and Vendors to better connect and find savings in the sourcing process.  Follow the steps below to include your business.

		Register as a vendor and you will receive e-mail notifications regarding current opportunities pertaining to your type of business and current bids.  By registering, you will be able to view bid results as well as having your business on the City's Vendor List.
		Once you have registered, you can submit your bid online and also check out current bids, RFQ’s and RFP’s for the City of Lake Elsinore.
