Kokoro Japanese Restaurant Dedicated to serving the "Highest Quality Sushi in the Valley"
Owned by Young and Hyun Kong, Kokoro Japanese Restaurant opened in 2002 with a dedication to serving the freshest fish and finest sushi in the region. This is evident from customer comments "Best sushi in the Inland Valley and possibly Southern California" and the fact that this the second time they have received the "Business of the Quarter" recognition. While very supportive of the skydiving community, the Kongs are especially thankful for the continued support of their loyal customers "even through these tough economic times". They love doing business in Lake Elsinore because "the people are friendly and there is such a high sense of community".
