Juice It Up's Tony Kelley and Chris Polster moved to Lake Elsinore in 1995, feeling that Lake Elsinore would be a great place to live. They soon opened AKC Services, Inc., which provides consulting services to companies seeking commercial permits. The company's staff works closely with clients to navigate municipal procedures.

Later they felt the desire to diversify and find some way to give back to the community so when they had an opportunity to purchase their first Juice It Up, on Central Ave., they took the plunge feeling that this would be a great fit for what they wanted to do. They opened their second Juice It Up in Canyon Hills July of this year, just eight months later. They currently have 35 employees between the three companies and are looking to add more Stores in the future.

When Juice It Up first opened on Central, they were the 19th highest volume store. Just four months later they were number one. Their newest store in Canyon Hills is currently 34th out of 87 stores but we don’t expect it to stay there for long. In fact, their management style has impressed Juice It Up Corporate Headquarters so much that they now require all new owners to train under Chris and Tony right here in Lake Elsinore, and they have implemented many of their business concepts through-out the chain.

Tony and Chris have realized their dream to support their community in many ways. They have participated in community “Clean Extreme” projects, donated to local charities and organizations (notably H.O.P.E. and the Boy Scouts of America), supported Community events, such as the 5k-10k run and Relay for Life, and regularly work with 15 schools, giving an average of $4,000 a month. They also host “Community Monday” every week at both of their stores. On this day, for each drink purchased, 50 cents goes to the charity of your choice.


According to Tony Kelley, “we get as much as we have given back” and they love to be involved in as many community events as possible. "Lake Elsinore is a great place to live, everybody is so supportive and the community has been great to us".

The City of Lake Elsinore congratulates Tony and Chris for giving Lake Elsinore two extra special restaurants, from two guys who are giving back to their community in extraordinary ways.
