The City Of Lake Elsinore Public Works Department under the direction of the Community Service Director is responsible for the operation and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, storm drains, traffic signals, alleys, dirt streets, street signs, street trees, streetscapes, parks, facilities, and fleet. Our mission is to provide a level of service to the community that is proactive and insures a safe and quality environment in our parks, streets, and facilities.
