About CERT
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness and provides valuable training. CERT participants learn about hazards in their area, disaster preparedness tactics and basic disaster response skills, including:

CERT Training The City of Lake Elsinore has partnered with the Riverside County Office of Emergency Services to provide CERT training in our area. The training is a commitment of 20 hours, at no cost to participants. Participants who successfully complete a combination of classroom and hands-on instruction in fire suppression, search & rescue, cribbing and field medical procedures will receive a certificate upon completion of the class.
