- Whiskers Fishing Beach - Townsend Street at Lakeshore Drive
Fishing and parking is free at all public fishing beaches. Anyone 16 years of age or older must have a valid California state fishing license to fish on Lake Elsinore. Please observe Bag and Size Limits (PDF).
