City Park offers a quaint, welcoming atmosphere, highlighted by large shady trees that provide a cooling breeze year-round. This historic community park is located between Library Street and Limited Street, just west of Main Street.

Park amenities include playground equipment, horseshoe pits, picnic areas, a half-court basketball area, restrooms, drinking fountains, shaded picnic areas, a central gazebo, and a concession facility serving Mexican and American cuisine.
