The City of Lake Elsinore, in partnership with the Summerly Community HOA, is actively investigating and addressing odor concerns in the Summerly area. Efforts include water quality testing, the installation of a mobile nanobubble unit to improve oxygen levels, and the application of a safe, environmentally friendly algaecide to the stormwater detention basin. The City and HOA are committed to monitoring the situation and working with experts to ensure the well-being of residents.
