Summerhill Road Construction Begins December 2, 2025.
The City will begin improvements on Summerhill Road starting December 2, 2025, with work taking place in phases over the subsequent weeks. Crews will start with traffic control and median removal before moving into curb work, asphalt paving, and final striping. Timing may shift slightly depending on the weather and material availability.
During construction, the left-turn pocket into Railroad Canyon Plaza will be closed, and drivers will need to enter from Railroad Canyon Road. In-N-Out has been notified, and no operational impacts are expected.
