To expedite your request, please fill out this form completely and identify specifically the type of records you are requesting. Where applicable, the title of the document or other specific identifying information is advisable.
Please note: The City is not required by law to create a new record or provide public records that are exempt by express provisions of law from disclosure. If the City is required to compile data, write a programming language, or construct a computer report to extract data, the requester will be charged for time and materials.
In addition, the City has up to ten days to determine whether the documents requested are disclosable records.
Public records are available for inspection at no cost during regular office hours. Advance notice helps staff retrieve records more efficiently, but is not required.
Copies are available at the fees set by the City’s Master Fee Schedule. Digital copies are generally provided at no cost when feasible. Please see the current Master Fee Schedule for details.
