Valley-Wide Elite Gymnastics
Valley-Wide Elite Gymnastics is the City of Lake Elsinore's newest and quickest growing partnership. Coach Heather and her team offer a wide variety of classes for children of all ages. Classes are held on Tuesdays at the Lake Community Center, 310 W Graham Avenue Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.

Mommy and Me Tumble Bear: For children 2 years of age. Our Mommy and Me classes are designed to be a special time for parents and little ones alike. Each class is led by a professional instructor throughout and begins with a fun-filled warm-up to music. The class uses a floor circuit designed to teach basic tumbling skills, such as front and back rolls, handstands and proper jumping technique. The children are introduced to gymnastic apparatus (balance beam, bars, and vault) on equipment that is sized specifically for younger athletes. There is also trampoline, pit and parachute time, which helps little ones develop body awareness and balance. This class is a wonderful introduction to gymnastics and bonding time that both parents and child will enjoy.
Preschool Tumble Bear: Ages 3 to 4
Class time is structured with a fun warm-up, playful games that increase gross motor skills, and an interactive preschool song. Topics covered in gymnastics, Progressions: Front and Back Roll Variations, Cartwheel and Handstand Drills, Bar, Beam, and Vault equipment will be used, Performance Opportunities, Certificates of accomplishment.
Monkey Ninja Parkour: Ages 4 to 14 years
Ninja programs are all about athletically exploring space. The world becomes a playground! It's so important that kids learn about their bodies and how to use them early in life. We are the ONLY program that focuses on "whole body" development. This means classes are created to challenge young bodies AND young MINDS, with games and creative problem solving. At the Ninja Squad we are a fun first, "fancy equipment" later program. Students are broken up by age group.
Cheer Bear and Stunt: Ages 3 to 5 years
This class focuses on Cheer Tumbling, Stunting, and Cheer Movements. Basic to intermediate Cheer moves, jumps and vocal projection will be taught in class. Pom work with the basic cheer movements and jumps to music. Beginning to Intermediate partner stunting will be taught in a safe environment.
Preschool Rhythmic Gymnastics: Ages 4 to 5
Recreational classes for preschool rhythmic gymnastics. No experience needed! Our programs are for girls who like to dance, leap, spin, and tumble. The girls perform routines to music using various hand apparatus including the ball, ribbon, hoop, and jump rope. The classes promote the development of strength, coordination, and flexibility for girls in a safe, fun and progressive setting.
School Age Gymnastics: Ages 4 to 6 years
School Age athletes will become introduced to gymnastics floor body shape: Rolls, Cartwheel, Roundoff, Handstand variations, Front and Back Tumbling. Balance Beam walks/balances, Bar Strengthening Skills, and vault skills for running and shoulder popping will be taught on gymnastics equipment. At the end of the 4 weeks, gymnasts will be tested on gymnastics skills and receive a certificate of achievement for completing their gymnast skill card. Performance opportunities will be available. Red is the class color and the color leotard requested for athletes to wear.
Rhythmic Gymnastics: Ages 6 to 8 years
Recreational classes for rhythmic gymnasts of all ages, no experience needed! Our programs are for girls who like to dance, leap, spin and tumble. The girls perform routines to music using various hand apparatus including the ball, ribbon, hoop. and jump rope. The classes promote the development of strength, coordination, and flexibility for girls in a safe, fun and progressive setting.
Cheer Stunt: Ages 6 to 12

Intermediate Gymnastics: Ages 8 to 12 years
Athletes will be introduced to gymnastics floor body shapes: Intermediate and Advanced rolls, Cartwheel and Roundoff progressions, Handstand Balancing and Walking, Front and Back Walkover and Handsprings. Balance beam walks/balances, Bar Strengthening Skills, and Vault Skills for running and shoulder popping will be taught on gymnastics equipment.
Floor Gymnastics: Ages 6 to 18
Athletes will become introduced to gymnastics tumbling-floor body shapes: intermediate and advanced rolls, cartwheel and roundoff progressions, handstand balancing and walking, front and back walkover and handsprings. For more advanced athletes, back tucks and layouts will be worked.
