Valley Wide Elite Gymnastics 

Valley-Wide Elite Gymnastics is the City of Lake Elsinore's newest and quickest growing partnership. Coach Heather and her team offer a wide variety of classes for children of all ages. Classes are held on Tuesdays at the Lake Community Center, 310 W Graham Avenue Lake Elsinore, CA 92530.

Parent Tot Gymnastics: Ages 1y 6m to 3

Our Parent Tot are designed to be a special time for parents and little ones alike. Each class is led by a professional instructor throughout and begins with a fun-filled warm-up to music,. The class uses a floor circuit designed to teach basic tumbling skills, such as front and back rolls, handstands and proper jumping technique. The children are introduced to gymnastic apparatus ( balance beam, bars, and vault) on equipment that is sized specifically for younger athletes. There is also trampoline, pit and parachute time, which helps little ones develop body awareness and balance. This class is a wonderful introduction to gymnastics and bonding time that both parents and child will enjoy. 

Preschool  Gymnastics: Ages 3 to 4

Recreational classes for preschool  gymnastics. No experience needed! Our programs are for girls who like to dance, leap, spin, and tumble. The girls perform routines to music using various hand apparatus including the ball, ribbon, hoop, and jump rope. The classes promote the development of strength, coordination, and flexibility for girls in a safe, fun and progressive setting.

Beginning Gymnastics: Ages 5 to 8 years

The focus of skills for this level are: cartwheel, front support forward roll, straddle mount, and seat drop. All of our gymnastics classes include bars, beam, floor, and AirTrak. Pre-Qualifications - Must be at least 7 years old. Apparel - Girls wear a leotard with or without elastic waist shorts or a unitard with gymnastics shoes. Gymnastics shoes are purchased at VWEG in class or online stores. Boys- T-Shirt tucked into elastic waistband shorts with gymnastics shoes.

Advanced Beg. Gymnastics: Ages 7 to 18

Focus of skills for this level are: one-handed cartwheel, back hip pullover, round-off dismount, and swivel hips. Pre-Qualifications - Age 7 & up Apparel - Girls wear a leotard with or without elastic waist shorts or unitard with gymnastics shoes. Boys- T-Shirt tucked into elastic waistband shorts with gymnastics shoes.
