Zoning
To determine the Zoning District for your property, please visit our brand new Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Zoning Map. The purpose of this map-based tool is to enhance our customer service capabilities by allowing our residents, business owners, and the general public access to review land use and zoning information for any parcel within the City. In order to use the map please type in either your property's address or Accessor's Parcel Number (APN) into the search bar. If the Zoning Designation does not appear immediately, simply right-click the "Layer List" Button found underneath the Search Bar and right-click the "Zoning" option doing so will enable the Zoning Layer on the map.
Specific information including Permitted Uses and Development Standards can be found in Title 17 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code. The following is a list of frequently used Zoning Districts. Please reference the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code for a complete list of Zoning Districts and other regulations within the city.
