The City of Lake Elsinore is excited to launch Eproval, our new online platform for submitting and managing Special Event Permit Applications. This system simplifies the process for event organizers and enhances coordination across City departments — bringing transparency, efficiency, and convenience to your event planning experience.

Submitting an application:

1. Visit our special event page

2. Create your free Eproval account

3. Start a special event application 60 days in advance

4. Upload your required documents (site map, insurance, etc)

5. Submit your application and track the progress online
