On the hill above McVicker Park, Station 85 is the City's first modern fire station constructed since the 1950s. Opened in 2002, it is the second of four stations located within City limits.

Equipment based at the station includes paramedic Engine 85, Reserve Engine 285, and vintage Lake Elsinore Engine Number 1. The original LaFrance!

Our 1925 American LaFrance was Lake Elsinore's first fire engine. It was painstakingly restored by volunteers of the Lake Elsinore Historical Society, led by Russ Burns and Victor Romano.
