Residents of the City of Lake Elsinore will see various line items included in their annual property tax bills that relate to services provided by the City and/or projects constructed by the City or private developers. These line items are tied to specific parcels and are only included on the property tax bills for parcels that directly benefit from the particular services or projects.
Property Tax and Special Assessment Finder
If you own a property within the City of Lake Elsinore, you can now view and obtain CFD-related information relevant to your property.
Navigate the STAX Property Finder application tool using your property address or Parcel Identification Number (PIN) found on your property tax bill. You will find the current year's tax amount for each of the city administered CFD, the CFD name, and the final year of the tax. The application will also help you find more information available from the City of Lake Elsinore and the Riverside County Tax Collector.
