This facility is home to the Lake Elsinore City Council and can accommodate public meetings and community gatherings. This facility has recently undergone an earthquake retrofit. The Cultural Center is available for reservations to host public meetings only. At this time no private party requests are being accepted.

Facilities: Performance stage, restrooms and drinking fountain.

City Council: Meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday

Planning Commission: Meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday

Public Safety Advisory Commission (PSAC): Meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month
