All Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto Watersheds Authority (LESJWA) meetings are held at Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD's) headquarters in Lake Elsinore and are open to the public.

About LESJWA

Formed in 2000, the Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto Watersheds Authority is a joint powers authority made up of the following member agencies:

• City of Lake Elsinore
• City of Canyon Lake
• County of Riverside
• Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District
• Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority

LESJWA was entrusted with $15 million in voter-authorized state and local funding to improve water quality and wildlife habitats in Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and the surrounding San Jacinto watershed.
