The City of Lake Elsinore, as lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), has issued a Notice of Availability/Notice of Completion providing notification that it has completed the Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Central Plaza project consisting of applications for (Commercial Design Review Number CDR 2016-01, Conditional Use Permit Number CUP 2016-01, and Tentative Tract Map Number 37284); and that the following completed documents are available for review.
Public Review Period
A 30-day review period has been established for the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration beginning Friday, February 17, 2017, and ending on Monday, March 20, 2017. All comments on the Notice of Availability/Notice of Completion may be submitted as soon as possible but must be received no later than 4 pm on Monday, March 20, 2017.
