Overview
As of January 12, 2024, the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) now collects Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fees (TUMF) for the City of Lake Elsinore. For additional questions and information, please visit WRCOG's website on TUMF.
As a member agency of WRCOG, the City participates in the TUMF Program with Riverside County and 17 other agencies to provide funds for the construction of Roadways, Bridges, and Interchanges of major regional significance in Western Riverside County.
Code & Fees
The City's TUMF Program is codified in Chapter 16.83 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code and fees are reviewed and adjusted annually per any adjustments made by the WRCOG Executive Committee. Fees are available on WRCOG's Website.
